Jean-Marc G. Mira is the President of JMGM Enterprises LLC d/b/a Home Instead Senior Care, Southeast Houston & the Bay Area Office. In this capacity he is responsible for ensuring that the company maintains and follows its primary mission which is to provide affordable non-medical companionship and in-home care services to seniors which allows them to remain living independently in their own homes for a longer period of time. Mr. Mira also is responsible for making sure that the company maintains the highest standards of care for all its clients and follows strict guidelines and regulations under its Home & Community Support Services License issued by the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services.

Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Mr. Mira practiced law for approximately seven years in Houston, Texas and during this time worked for the law firm of O’Quinn, Kerensky, McInach & Laminack and Exxon Company, USA. Mr. Mira mainly worked on toxic tort cases and environmental insurance litigation during this time. In 2001, Mr. Mira accepted the position of Vice President of Client Relations for the temporary legal recruiting firm Ad Hoc Legal Resources where he stayed for under one year before deciding in 2002 to start his Home Instead Senior Care business where he has been working ever since. 

Mr. Mira was born in France, lived five years in West Africa and five years in England before coming over to the United States when he was ten years old. He grew up and went to high school in San Antonio, Texas and went to university in Austin. Mr. Mira graduated from The University of Texas in Austin in 1988 with a liberal arts degree in political science. In 1992, he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in law and in 1993 passed the Texas Bar Exam and obtained his license to practice law in Texas.

Linda Lott, CSA General Manager  Linda was born in Galveston, Texas where she lived until she moved to Pasadena, Texas. She received her Certified Nurse Assistant certificate from San Jacinto College South Campus.  Linda also completed 6 months of LVN program training from San Jacinto College. She received an accreditation as the Local Administrator for Home Instead Senior Care & George G. Glenner’s Alzheimer’s Family Centers Inc. School of Dementia Care in December 2002. In May, 2006 Linda obtained her Society of Certified Senior Advisors certification. Since 1991, Linda has had extensive experience working in the health care field with an emphasis in eldercare. Her preliminary experience was working as a Certified Nurse Aid for Staff Builders Home Health in Houston, Texas for two years and then as Assistant Office Manager for Alpha Home Care in Webster, Texas. Later, Linda worked ten years as Office Manager for Community Health Care in Houston, Texas. For two years, Linda worked as Synagis Administrative Coordinator for The Care Group. Since 1999, Linda has worked extensively for Home Instead Senior Care as Client Care Coordinator, Director, Administrator and now as General Manager.   Linda’s accomplishments and responsibilities at Home Instead Senior Care include: creating the policies and procedures manual and preparing the Office for becoming licensed by Texas Department of Human Services; Performing assessments and initiating service for all clients; creating and maintaining clients’ Individual Service Plans; coordinating and managing client care; auditing all client and CAREGiver files; managing all office and field staff including 75 plus CAREGivers; responsible for overseeing company billing; and, maintaining hardcopies and computer files on each client and employee and performing in home supervisory visits.
